We need full Time or Part time store Associates . Store is located at Frisco 75035. Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales and promoting our products. Duties Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products by providing knowledgeable recommendations and product demos. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Communicate effectively with customers through phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. Skills Proficient in cash register operation with basic math skills for accurate transaction handling. Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous. Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
