Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting HR teams? Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join one of our clients-a fast-growing company looking to enhance their human resources operations.
As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining personnel records, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and expand your skills in human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain updated employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy.
+ Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
+ Manage HR administrative tasks, such as tracking benefits enrollment and compliance documents.
+ Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidates.
+ Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including memos, reports, and policy updates.
+ Help coordinate employee engagement activities, including recognition programs and company events.
+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal/state employment laws.
Requirements
+ Minimum 2 year of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
+ Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
+ Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
+ Strong ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
