UX with impact: Analyze product and user requirements, simplify complex information and use it to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Design & Usability: Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows that make complex processes simple and understandable.
Design Patterns & System Thinking: Develop and optimize design systems to ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Feature Ownership: Take responsibility for product features and see them through from idea to implementation
Teamwork: Work closely with developers and product managers to bring strong UX concepts to reality.
Experience: You have at least 6 years of experience in UX design and understand how to make digital products user-friendly.
iOS know-how: You know the Apple design guidelines and know what makes a strong mobile UX.
Tech stack: Figma, Sketch or similar design tools are an integral part of your work.
User-first: You think user-centered and know the principles of usability and UX best practices.
Problem solver: You can transform complex requirements into simple, understandable UI concepts.
Communication talent: You can communicate design decisions clearly and enjoy working in a team.
