**Position Summary...** Join our creative team as a Senior Designer, where you'll lead the development and execution of 360° campaigns across digital and physical channels. You'll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you'll play a key role in shaping seasonal and lifestage brand campaigns. We value talent, innovation, curiosity, collaboration, culture, insights, and results, and we are committed to helping all people save money and live better. **What you'll do...** + **Collaboration** : Ideate, create, and execute 360 campaign creative across all channels (owned & paid) inspired by creative and business briefs. + Pursue ways that we can work better, faster. + Manage projects that are on-brief and polished, mitigating feedback, ultimately keeping workstreams on track from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. + Contribute to strategic problem-solving. + Exhibit outstanding creative judgement while dreaming big and pushing boundaries and relentlessly seek to raise the creative bar. + Possess an unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. + **Trend Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, culture and consumer behaviors to inform creative decisions and maintain our brand's competitive edge. + **Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards of quality and craft throughout the design and implementation process, ensuring that the final output meets or exceeds expectations. + Consistently applies our brand voice and visual ID guide best practices and standards for brand and seasonal connectivity, attribution and impact. Maintain a deep dedication to craft, from concept ideation to execution. + **Project Oversight:** Manage lifestage and seasonal projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Ability to prioritize projects and proactively manage your own time and deadlines. Effectively adapt creative based on seasonal shifts. **Qualifications** · Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field and 5+ years designing for digital and physical experiences in a senior role. · Proven track record of creating successful 360 campaigns. · Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative process and conceptual thinking. · Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Figma. · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate partners and connect across Walmart Creative Studio.
