The opportunity

We're looking for our first Solutions Consultant to support our U.S. go-to-market efforts by partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success to demonstrate the value of our platform to enterprise prospects.

What You’ll Do

As the first US Solutions Consultant , you will be a strategic technical partner to the sales team, guiding prospects through the discovery, demonstration, and solution design phases of the sales cycle. You’ll bring deep knowledge of CXP and Martech platforms, business value storytelling, and the ability to translate complex data and architecture challenges into compelling customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges, Martech stack, and data infrastructure.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored Imagino solutions and present those solutions via compelling product demonstrations.
  • Partner with Account Executives on RFP/RFI responses, technical scoping, and solution proposals.
  • Design integration approaches and data flows based on customer use cases and architecture requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects on CDP best practices, privacy compliance, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and influence the roadmap.
  • Support marketing and sales enablement by contributing to solution collateral and customer-facing materials.
  • Represent Imagino at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering in SaaS.
  • At least 2 years of experience working for a CDP or Martech SaaS company (e.g., campaign management, DMP, marketing automation, personalization).
  • Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and omnichannel marketing use cases.
  • Proficiency in presenting to both technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS Martech / CXP (Adobe, Salesforce, Bloomreach, Iterable, Tealium, Treasure Data, Twilio, etc).
  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks.
  • Prior experience working in a European or transatlantic SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and company events.
