RN-Interventional Radiology | Permanent Role

Location: Irving, TX, 75061
Shift: 12 HR Days | 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with interventional radiology procedures including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
Monitor patient vital signs, sedation levels, and overall condition during procedures
Administer medications and contrast agents as ordered
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedures
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and radiology regulations

Requirements:

Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of Emergency Room (ER) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Willing to train candidates with 3 5+ years of solid ICU or ER experience
Education:
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
Licenses/Certifications (Required):
- RN-Registered Nurse (Texas state license)
- BLS-Basic Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
