Showing Agent Opportunity

As a Showing Agent, you’ll work alongside top-producing Buyer Agents—supporting property showings, hosting open houses, and guiding clients throughout their buying experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to what drives results in today’s market while developing the skills needed for long-term success.
You’ll benefit from consistent team-generated leads, proven systems, and personalized coaching designed to accelerate your growth and income. Responsibilities:
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Lead generation

Qualifications:
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Great communication
• Real Estate license required
