The paramedic provides in-home patient assessments, clinical and social screenings, clinical interventions, patient education, and participates in telehealth visits from the patient's home while connecting with the physician or virtual command center via Telehealth.Mobile Integrated Healthcare is the provision of healthcare using patient-centered, mobile resources in the out-of-hospital environment.
