Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing operational performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and reports for performance monitoring
- Conducting root cause analysis on performance issues
- Driving data and analytics strategy across the organization
- Implementing advanced analytics solutions including AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
- Leading data discovery initiatives to uncover key insights and trends
- Building self-service analytics capabilities for business users
- Ensuring data integrity and collaborating with IT on data quality issues
- Presenting analytical findings to senior leadership
- Monitoring data science models in production environments
- Guiding the organization on AI/data science strategy and potential
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience in data analysis with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of operational performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies
