Job Description
Our client, an agency with a client located in Grand Rapids, MI, is looking for organized and client-focused Marketing Account Manager with experience across digital and video channels for an ongoing hybrid contract. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns that span social media, digital advertising, and video content production. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and translating client goals into effective creative strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of integrated marketing with a strong emphasis on digital and video formats, including campaign development, content planning, production oversight, and performance tracking.
- This is a hybrid hourly contract role and requires 2-days/week onsite in Grand Rapids, MI.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a main point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital platforms and video content
- Translate client goals into clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
- Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting for multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to align messaging across channels
- Review and provide feedback on creative assets and video edits to ensure they align with brand and campaign goals
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare client-facing reports with strategic recommendations
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services based on client needs and campaign performance
- Stay current on digital marketing and video trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of account management experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency setting
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital and video
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with video production workflows, including scripting, shooting, editing, and approvals
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com), and basic analytics platforms
- Experience working with creative teams and understanding of the creative development process
