Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule patient visits for home health and hospice services.
Ensure efficient staffing and optimal allocation of clinical resources.
Adapt and adjust schedules based on patient needs and staff availability.
Coordination:
Act as a liaison between clinicians, physicians, and patients to ensure accurate scheduling.
Communicate changes clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.
Support clinical compliance with care plans and protocols.
Software Management:
Use WellSky/Kinnser for scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
Maintain up-to-date and compliant patient data.
Resolve scheduling software issues and escalate when needed.
Experience:
2+ years as a scheduler in a home health or hospice environment.
Proficiency with WellSky/Kinnser is a must .
Familiarity with medical billing and coding is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills across departments and with patients.
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
