Salary: $102,060 - 189,540 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for a candidate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a Product Management role working with agile teams. Preferred knowledge includes formal experience in business analysis, engineering, or testing, as well as familiarity with the financial services industry and business intelligence tools. Certification or experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is highly desirable. The successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit proficient time management, project management abilities, and business acumen. High emotional intelligence and self-awareness are essential. Previous research experience, the ability to influence others, initial leadership exposure, and the capability to translate product requirements into technical details while navigating ambiguity are also critical. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• As a Senior Digital Product Manager, I am responsible for defining the product vision and ensuring it aligns with key stakeholders throughout the organization. I develop and communicate the product roadmap with accountability for its acceptance and progress, and I define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. My role involves gathering requirements through cross-functional collaboration, managing multiple low to medium complexity products from inception to completion, and articulating the product story to a broader audience beyond the internal team. I partner with design to ensure a cohesive user experience while maintaining alignment with our quarterly vision. Additionally, I translate requirements into technical details to create effective user stories and validate use cases, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions. I prioritize user stories based on business value or return on investment (ROI) and facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
