Cabinet Maker

New Holland, PA

• Join a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, innovation, and delivering exceptional cabinetry to homeowners and industry professionals
• Build custom cabinets per print with precision and attention to detail
• Read prints to produce accurate parts and cabinets
• Cut & machine parts for cabinet building
• Operate a variety of saws, shapers, and hand tools
• Make front frames for custom cabinetry
• White wood sand cabinets to prepare for finishing
• Work a full-time schedule: Mon-Thurs, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri, 6:30 - 3:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays!

We work directly with homeowners and collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to bring high-end cabinetry visions to life.

Our Ideal Cabinet Maker:

• Experience: 2+ years of cabinet or furniture building experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Strong Math Skills: Accurately measure, cut, and assemble cabinetry while interpreting blueprints and layouts.
• Quality-focused & Detail-oriented: Take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and doing the job right.
• Eager to Learn: Willing to grow, take on new responsibilities, and learn from mistakes.
• Self-starter: Quickly learn workflows, takes initiative, and works with minimal direction.
• Computer Savvy: Basic computer skills required.
• Active: Bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 100 lbs.  
• Values-driven & Team-oriented: Support Foxcraft's vision and key values while working with a small team to meet company goals.

• $22-$32/hour – DOE
