Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add an Account Manager to our Building Connectivity Infrastructure team. The candidate must be based in the Austin, TX area. How You'll Help Us Connect the World As the global market leader in our low-voltage/telecommunications infrastructure space, CommScope is looking for an upbeat Account Manager to join a very successful and results-oriented team. This role is predominately customer-facing and has the responsibility of positioning and selling a portfolio of premium low-voltage infrastructure copper/fiber solutions, in addition to In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems at the End User decision-maker level. Here, you will provide outstanding customer service by understanding the customer and specific business units and delivering products, services, and solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations. Required Qualifications for Consideration: Three or more years of account management sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Ability to strategically run large enterprise accounts and grow the territory. Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to take action with professional interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to travel within the Houston market for tradeshows, customer meetings, industry events, etc. You Will Excite Us If You Have: A team player mentality A growth mindset A completed Bachelor's Degree Experience with a quota of $5 million or more Experience in the telecom industry Experience in the data center industry Experience with Business Development Experience building a professional network Experience with cold calling Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation , as well as other leave options.
