As a Digital Data Networks (DDN) Marketing team member, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for enhancing awareness and customer engagement and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience for target customers.
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager of DDN. It is responsible for expanding customer reach and increasing engagement with target accounts across digital channels (including, but not limited to, TE.com, search, social, and paid and earned media), offering customized content and a personalized experience, and generating insights from analytics to drive further improvements. The role will support the development and execution of digital strategies, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), to position TE as a trusted partner for target customers. This will ensure a best-in-class digital experience that boosts customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience planning and implementing ABM programs and customer experience enhancements, working with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, and measuring program effectiveness. The person should have a keen eye for digital trends, account-based marketing (ABM), and account-based experience (ABX) excellence.
This individual must have a proven track record working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations. They will be self-directed and able to execute a broad spectrum of digital projects flawlessly while partnering with multiple stakeholders globally.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $114,600 - $171,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
